Job Summary
Coordinate new community onboarding tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Track open items and follow up with departments to ensure completion. Help organize workflows, checklists, SOPs, and internal processes. Work with various departments to keep projects moving. Identify process gaps, delays, and opportunities for improvement. Support reporting, dashboards, and operational tracking. Help create a more consistent and scalable operating structure. Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in community associations or condominium management
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom Workspace
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
