Job Summary
Serve as Manager on Duty, present and aware across the whole park during your shift, keeping guest-facing areas clean, staffed, and ready while handling guest issues on the spot. Assign zones, set clear expectations, and coach the team in real time to hold them accountable for tasks, safety, and service with fairness and consistency. Lead proactively so problems are prevented before guests feel them, and complete opening, shift-change, and closing procedures, checklists, deposits, and reporting to keep the park guest-ready and safe. This role requires an ownership mindset and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment with 15+ staff per shift. You must hold current ServSafe Manager Certification or complete it within 30 days of hire. Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays is required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts across opening and closing times.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality or customer-facing setting
- 15 or more people on a shift
- Current ServSafe Manager Certification
- Completion of ServSafe Manager Certification within 30 days of hire
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability
- Availability across opening and closing shifts
- Willingness to be hands-on, including cleaning and park prep alongside the team
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
