Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operational activities for teams, vehicles, and equipment in Washington, ensuring work is completed timely, safely, and in line with company standards. Manage staff scheduling, workload planning, and training records while conducting toolbox talks and safety audits. Maintain fleet standards through servicing, MOTs, and calibration, and coordinate with the transport department to ensure policy adherence. Regularly conduct stock audits and PAT testing for fire extinguishers, ensuring full compliance on and off site with the H&S management team. Participate in the on-call rota with flexibility regarding work hours.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Management/Supervisory experience
- Full UK Driving license – no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent IT Skills with the ability to use all Microsoft Programs
- Excellent Organisational and planning skills
- Good understanding of Health and Safety
- Understanding that flexibility is required surrounding work hours
- Participation in the On Call Rota
