Job Summary

Lead a production team of three supervisors, one warehouse supervisor, and 40 hourly associates to foster a strong safety culture, positive employee relations, and operational consistency. Mentor, coach, and train team members while developing flexible, multi-skilled staff to enable movement across assignments. Collaborate with the Plant Steering Team to implement short and long-term strategies, including project leadership, staffing, and employee engagement. Drive efficiencies and performance while maintaining ultimate safety goals and preventing injuries. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and navigate complex problems with originality. Influence change and lead those who oppose it while ensuring effective communication across teams and management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years exempt level people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5+ years exempt level people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Respected by peers, co-workers, vendors, and internal and external customers
  • Strong customer relations skills in working with both internal and external customers
  • Proven and demonstrated project management capabilities
