Operations Manager (Land and Snow)

Job Summary
Oversee daily field operations, manage landscape enhancement projects, and coordinate maintenance crews across all seasons. Plan, schedule, and execute installations, renovations, and seasonal upgrades while monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards through regular site visits. Support snow removal operations during winter by coordinating crews, managing equipment mobilization, and ensuring safety protocols are enforced before and during events. Address client concerns, conduct site audits, and maintain accurate records for job progress and labor hours. Assist in training new team members and provide input on crew performance. Requires bilingual skills, valid driver's license, and flexibility for on-call winter response.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or snow operations
- Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, enhancement installation, and snow removal practices
- Ability to interpret site plans, snow maps, work orders, and client specifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions year-round
- Physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and hands-on field tasks
- Flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends, and on-call snow response during winter season
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills across seasonal responsibilities
- Clear and professional communication skills
