Oversee daily operations of Security and Receiving; develop policies and procedures to run operations smoothly and at a 5-star level; coordinate cross-functional teams (security, front desk, valet, maintenance, housekeeping, and office staff) to deliver gracious, seamless service to residents and guests; manage resident communications and relationships; lead by example with strong interpersonal and English communication skills; bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese desirable; ensure on-site orientation and training for new employees; maintain professional image and meet organizational objectives while supporting property management operations; positioned at a property with an on-site restaurant, requiring adaptability to indoor/outdoor conditions and a dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications
