Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for owning P&L and leading multi-location operations (Frederick, MD; Miami, FL; San Diego, CA; Baltimore, MD; DC) in a growth-focused immigration-law environment. Key duties include strategic leadership and executive management, financial modeling and budgeting to support growth, driving KPIs and data-driven decision-making, standardizing processes across offices, building scalable infrastructure, and collaborating with Legal Director, HR, and Office Administration to scale teams and improve client lifecycle workflows. Experience in professional services, especially law firms or immigration operations, and a track record of scaling organizations from 20+ to 50+ employees are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) a plus
