Job Summary
Lead the operations team to maintain property conditions in clean, healthy, orderly, safe, and attractive states by overseeing cleaning tools, supplies, and chemicals. Conduct daily inspections to monitor workflows, correct discrepancies, and manage chronological files, while ensuring full compliance with OSHA, state, and federal regulations. Develop and administer training programs, prepare weekly schedules with daily adjustments, and manage labor expenses to stay within budget. Monitor equipment preventative maintenance, replacements, and inventory, and provide daily shift reports or client walkthroughs as needed. Communicate operational challenges to the Assistant General Manager for resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years working experience directly supervising a crew of 25 or more
- Ability to work proficiently with computer software - Microsoft Office, excel, word, create spreadsheets, and outlook
- Ability to read, write, understand, and maintain simple documents such as memos logs, job assignments, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and sanitary practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in all environmental conditions: indoor, outdoor, all types of weather
- Lift/Carrying - Up to 50 lbs
