Job Summary
Seeking an Operations Manager with a Bachelor of Science in engineering and over 10 years of power plant experience. Responsible for leading plant operations, making sure environmental and safety standards are met, and training personnel. Occasional travel and physical requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of power plant or similar experience
- At least 5 years’ experience supervising technical, supervisory, and administrative personnel
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
Additional Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be physically able to transit plant facilities and stairways
- Must be able to work in a standard office environment and operate a computer and other office equipment
- Post-offer physical examination and drug screening required
- Participation in the Fitness for Duty Program
- Extended working hours and varied shifts with weekend and holiday work may be required
