Job Summary
Oversee and supervise monitors, train staff, develop work schedules, ensure compliance with contracts, conduct investigations into resident misconduct, ensure safety, health, and sanitation standards, prepare reports, manage disciplinary actions, coordinate with the Director and Sr. Operations Manager, and maintain CPR/First Aid certifications while coordinating staffing and operations to meet contract requirements.
