Job Summary
Operations Manager role overseeing monitors in a correctional facility, responsible for supervising staff, scheduling shifts, ensuring compliance with contract and company requirements, conducting investigations into resident misconduct, delivering training, and maintaining safety, health, and sanitation standards. Key duties include supervising and developing staff, ensuring proper post coverage, maintaining documentation and reports, managing disciplinary actions, coordinating with inmates/visitors, and ensuring CPR/First Aid certifications are current. Requires leadership experience, ability to communicate effectively, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year as an Operations Monitor or two (2) years related experience in a similar field
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- valid driving license
- clean driving record
