Job Summary
Operations Manager overseeing store operations for Kenangan Coffee Philippines in Quezon City. Responsibilities include team management (supervising baristas and cashiers), scheduling and training, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining product quality, handling inventory and cost controls, driving sales targets and marketing initiatives, and enforcing health, safety, and food quality standards. Requires leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to train and mentor staff, and experience in retail/food service environments. Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus; prior supervisory experience preferred. Flexible to evening/weekend shifts.
