Job Summary
Oversee daily landscape maintenance and enhancement operations across the Dayton market by managing crew leaders, scheduling projects, and coordinating equipment and materials. Utilize the Aspire business management system to track labor hours, job costing, and operational reporting while monitoring budgets and productivity. Conduct site visits for quality inspections, enforce safety protocols, and recruit, train, and evaluate field employees to ensure projects meet customer expectations. Partner with sales teams on renewals and assist with snow and ice operations when required. This role requires three years of landscape operations experience, proficiency in Aspire, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of landscape operations or field-management experience
- Previous experience supervising multiple crews and job sites
- Working knowledge of the Aspire landscape business management system
- Understanding of landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, hardscaping, and seasonal services
- Experience with scheduling, job costing, labor management, and budget accountability
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk active job sites and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Availability to work early mornings, extended hours, and occasional weekends during peak seasons or weather events
