Job Summary
Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end production, maintenance/engineering, quality assurance, shipping, and customer service functions. Oversees safe, efficient production workflows; schedules and assigns work; identifies bottlenecks and drives continuous improvement across production, quality, maintenance, and shipping. Reports to the CEO with leadership potential for higher responsibilities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of operations leadership in manufacturing environments, with experience in plastics/injection molding or related heavy industrial processes; strong problem-solving skills and track record of driving productivity and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing/production/maintenance/quality/shipping
- Experience in plastics, injection molding, chemical processes, or related heavy industrial industries
- Hands-on experience driving operational efficiencies and leading small teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to streamline processes across multiple functions
