Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations focusing on equipment service, distribution, and storage activities while monitoring and analyzing performance data to optimize efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, State Code, and Federal Regulations including DOT and Hours of Service. Coach and motivate the Service and Delivery teams by implementing individual development plans and coordinating training. Oversee the vehicle fleet through preventative maintenance, repairs, and licensing coordination. Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives is required. Post-secondary education in business or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of industry-related management experience.
