Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations focusing on equipment service, distribution, and storage activities while monitoring and analyzing performance data to optimize efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, State Code, and Federal Regulations including DOT and Hours of Service requirements. Coach and motivate the Service and Delivery teams by monitoring performance, implementing development plans, and coordinating training. Oversee the vehicle fleet by coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, and licensing. Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives is required. Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in industry related management
- Active professional driver's license
- Licensed Technician
- Eligible to work in Canada or the US

- 5+ years of experience in industry related management preferred
