Job Summary
Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and performance of a designated team within a growing solar company. Responsibilities include coaching and developing employees, improving operational processes and team efficiencies, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining strong communication between leadership and staff. Role involves hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development; ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism; identifying opportunities for process improvement; upholding company standards, culture, and performance expectations. Requires 3–5 years of operations leadership experience, a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in business management or equivalent preferred, ability to coach and align teams with SOPs and industry-standard performance expectations, cross-functional collaboration with other managers, strong time-management and decision-making abilities, and solar industry experience. Required Qualifications
