Job Summary
Oversee daily department operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and accountability by monitoring KPIs and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures while leading, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability among supervisors and team members. Collaborate with other departments to streamline project flow, support workforce planning and scheduling, and resolve operational bottlenecks to boost productivity and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations, prepare performance reports for senior leadership, and assist with budgeting and operational planning. This role supports ION Solar's expansion in delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions through operational excellence and team development.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of leadership or operations management experience
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Experience using operational metrics and data to drive decision-making
- Strong analytical and process improvement mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Solar industry experience is preferred
