Operations Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of a designated team, coach and develop employees, and drive process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. Lead hiring, onboarding, and development efforts; monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies; ensure high standards of professionalism and culture; collaborate with leadership and other managers to solve problems and maintain operational excellence in the solar industry. Bachelor's or master’s degree in business management or equivalent preferred; strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to work independently and in a team; experience in a fast-paced environment and in developing teams.
