Job Summary
Oversee the Montreal branch operations for Priority Worldwide, guiding import/export, air/ocean and domestic transportation activities. Drive sales growth, regulatory compliance, and customer retention while leading staff development and ensuring operational excellence. Establish and refine processes to deliver The Ultimate Customer Experience, maintain up-to-date knowledge of DG/TSA/FMS regulations, manage carrier relationships and consolidators, support contract finalization, and leverage CargoWise and internal systems to optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of direct Air & Ocean import/export experience
- At least 7+ years of department-level or senior management experience with direct responsibility for teams, performance, and operational outcomes
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
- Strong systems proficiency; CargoWise experience preferred
- Customs Broker License is a strong asset but not required
- Must be able to work on-site in the Montreal office
- Must have valid authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship, relocation support, or remote work available)
