Operations Manager

Manage all aspects of branch operations, including inventory management, warehouse functionality, and layout workflow. Lead and motivate personnel across inside sales, outside sales, delivery drivers, and warehouse staff to grow new business and expand market share. Build lasting relationships with suppliers and customers while staying current on industry trends, market prices, and vendor requirements. Attend meetings, functions, and company training as required, adhering to all policies and procedures. This role supports Liberty Roofing Center's mission in the building materials market with a focus on quality, integrity, and trustworthiness.
