Operations Manager II

Provide administrative leadership and operational accountability for assigned departments, serving as the primary liaison with outside constituents and management forums. Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and contingency analyses while monitoring financial performance and key performance indicators. Manage employee relations, including coaching and skill development, and lead patient safety education initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by directing incident reporting and facility maintenance activities. Coordinate purchasing and inventory management to support outpatient care management goals.
