Leads and inspires a team of Associate Operations Supervisors within Escrow, overseeing mortgage and home equity loan processing with a focus on Escrow Servicing, Centralized Quality, and Vendor Audit work groups. Collaborates with domestic partners and senior leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency and goal attainment, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in mortgage and home equity loan processing
- Analytical acumen and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong focus on achieving organizational goals
- Experience in managing Escrow Servicing and Vendor Audit work groups
- Ability to engage with senior leaders and domestic partners
- Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and planning
- Commitment to fostering a culture of excellence
- Knowledge of Home Lending is an advantage
- Experience in Centralized Quality management
- Familiarity with auditing functions within the mortgage industry
- Advanced degree in business or related field
- Certification in operations management or related discipline
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
