Job Summary
Operations Manager II is responsible for coaching and supervising a group of Operations Managers and/or Team Leaders, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring service levels and profitability. The role includes ensuring proficient training and staff development, selecting and developing direct reports, guiding policy administration, analyzing and improving client SLAs, maintaining compliance with contracts, overseeing client satisfaction, partnering with Business Development to expand new business, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment. Requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, experience in operations and process improvement, and the ability to manage budgets and cross-functional initiatives. Location: Bangalore, India; Employment type: Full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree Preferred
- more than ten years of experience
- two to four years of Progressive Management Experience
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop action plans
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
