Job Summary
Operations Manager II serves as the Deputy Program Manager for MACC-TTE, overseeing day-to-day program activities and staff including operation, maintenance, and development. Primary point of contact for sponsors, managing testing, training, and experimentation events, and prepared to assume Program Manager duties if required. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of program management/DoD experience, and strong cyber range/testbed expertise; responsibilities include guiding sponsor requirements, coordinating with DoD personnel, and leading cyber training initiatives. Location: Butlerville, IN (Muscatatuck Training Center).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree preferred)
- Experience may be considered in place of education requirement
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or Senior level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with Senior level DoD personnel
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
- Strong project management skills with ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs
- Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management
