Job Summary
Supervise and train all employees engaged in warehouse and inventory activities to ensure compliance with production schedules, safety regulations, and company policies. Drive development and implementation of operational processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality and profitability. Manage outbound transportation, upgrade systems and procedures, and participate in strategic planning while operating within budget. Create and enforce safety guidelines and review programs to maintain efficiency. This role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting in a warehouse environment with potential temperature changes. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated senior level operations or related leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills including strong presentation skills at all levels of the organization
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to develop effective and efficient processes for operational challenges
- Must be a team builder, teacher, coach & motivator
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without a reasonable accommodation
