Job Summary
Oversee operations for production teams to meet specifications and ensure on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement, safety, and quality. Lead staffing, interviewing, and training; manage performance and foster a positive environment. Maintain budgeted cost effectiveness and contribute to monthly profit and loss. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in manufacturing/management/engineering required; manufacturing and people-management experience essential; proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred. Roles focus on supervision, process efficiency, and achieving production goals to satisfy customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience in manufacturing, management, engineering
- Demonstrated success managing a production floor and budget
- Experience in wood or plastic product manufacturing a plus
