Job Summary
Lead teams in a dynamic operational environment to consistently exceed established goals, demonstrate customer commitment, and drive innovation. Develop forward-looking plans and execute them successfully while managing resources to meet the site financial operating plan. Establish and sustain training, recruitment, and development programs for supervisors and associates, ensuring all staff understand their role in achieving customer business objectives. Interact daily with local customers to understand needs, lead operational improvements in inventory accuracy, and collaborate across sites to share best practices. Implement an incident-free safety culture through personal example, continuous improvement plans, and proactive identification of unsafe conditions. Develop and execute annual financial plans, monitor P&L metrics, and ensure accurate billing and payroll processing.
