Job Summary
Supervise and train all employees engaged in warehouse and inventory activities to ensure compliance with production schedules, safety regulations, and company policies. Drive development and implementation of operational processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality while managing outbound transportation and supply system management. Participate in strategic planning, create budgets, and upgrade systems to expand operational practices across the business. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting in a warehouse environment with temperature variations. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated senior level operations or related leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills including strong presentation skills at all levels of the organization
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to develop effective and efficient processes for operational challenges
- Must be a team builder, teacher, coach & motivator
- This role typically requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
