Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an operations manager
- 5+ years of I&E project management experience, including scope definition, estimating, cost and schedule control, design and construction management, procurement, and permitting
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites
- Compliance with Burrow Global policies and Drug & Alcohol policy
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience closing sales opportunities for the organization
- Proficiency with MS Office and project tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and organizational capabilities
- Strong communication skills; adept at stakeholder management and collaborating with diverse teams
