Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for leading day-to-day HTF7000 engine service operations in Augusta, GA. Drive production planning and scheduling, coordinate across production, supply, sales, engineering and customer service to meet delivery timelines and financial goals, manage capital expenditures and budgets, lead staffing and safety, and foster continuous improvement within the new engine overhaul facility dedicated to the Honeywell HTF engine line. Requires 5+ years of people-management experience and HTF7000 service-operations background, proficiency with MS Office, and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; relocation is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience serving in a people management capacity
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting the Honeywell HTF7000 service operations
- Prior experience leading production teams across multiple shifts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
