Job Summary
Maintain overall store appearance, manage all deliveries, and control operational expenses by reviewing and coding bills. Process incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately, ensure cycle counts are completed weekly, and coordinate physical inventory with corporate Finance to resolve discrepancies. Perform all functions on Cegid Y2, troubleshoot IT and phone issues, and support loss prevention across risk management and inventory areas. Provide direction to subordinate staff, ensure professional appearance standards, and act as Manager on Duty when the Boutique Director is unavailable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years retail sales, preferably luxury market
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills: MS Office, inventory software and database software
