Job Summary
Oversees hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage; responsible for personnel, budget performance and financial controls in accordance with quality standards, and acts as liaison between General Manager and daily operations. Plans strategically to maximize profits and ensures compliance with government regulations; manages staffing, training, scheduling, payroll, and coordination across departments to deliver consistent hospitality operations. Requires strong leadership, project management, analytical skills, and effective communication to support the hotel brand and achieve financial and service objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Three years’ experience supervising at least 10 associates
- Three years’ experience in the hotel industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
