Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for executing regional strategy across defined markets and product lines; accountable for driving productivity, cost control, and customer service while managing staffing plans, budgets, and safety/compliance programs. The role requires leading managers, aligning objectives with the General Manager, developing long-range objectives, and ensuring achievement of P&L targets through cross-functional collaboration, KPI monitoring, and continuous process improvements. Strong emphasis on staffing, training, and development, performance management, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies. Frequent travel within the region and collaboration with HR for employee development and succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience
- Master's degree (additional education preferred)
- Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Travel required: Frequent travel to company and customer sites in the region (<10% out of region)
- Microsoft Office and SAP proficiency
- Safety protocols and PPE compliance (respirator use and fit)
