Job Summary
Manage collections activities for commercial, industrial, and residential customers, including container delivery and pickup across a geographically dispersed area. Lead a team of supervisors, dispatchers, clerks, drivers, and helpers to execute route systems while optimizing productivity and managing labor hours. Develop and implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence, budget achievement, and customer experience growth. Oversee safety and accident prevention programs, resolve regulatory compliance issues, and interact with government entities to address service concerns. Approve expenses, manage departmental budgets, and foster a high-performance workplace culture aligned with business unit strategic plans.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience
