Job Summary
Lead the hotel's daily operations as the strategic business leader, delivering strategies to ensure all targets are met and exceeded while championing the team. Deputise for the General Manager during absences and oversee every aspect of hotel operations critical to commercial viability and guest satisfaction. Provide exemplary leadership across the property to maintain high standards in a luxury lifestyle environment. Salary up to £45K per annum DOE, OTE up to £49K including quarterly bonus.
