Job Summary
Lead facility operations by ensuring quality customer service, safety, and business growth while managing the profit and loss. Oversee daily job activities, prioritize work needs, and direct the team through job planning, problem solving, and consulting. Manage all costs, compile health, safety, and environmental regulations, and generate CARs, PARs, SCARs, and CIRs for the Tap Root Investigation Process. Build and update organizational processes and procedures to support strategic direction. Mentor employees and manage HR information including payroll, vacation, and training. Requires an undergraduate degree in engineering and five years of experience in energy services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Undergraduate degree in an industry related engineering discipline
- Minimum of five years' progressive experience in the energy services industry
- Experience as an Operations Coordinator
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Exercise tolerance and consistency when dealing with others
- Ensure all OSHA regulated safety training is current
- Compiles with all health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines
- Seeks continuous improvement of overall performance at the assigned facility
- Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process
- Prioritizes job needs to lead and direct the work of others
- Interacts with customers on a regular basis in the following aspects: job planning, problem solving, and consulting
- Generates CARs, PARs, SCARs, and CIRs and participates in Tap Root Investigation Process
- Builds, develops, and/or updates the organizations processes and procedures to support strategic direction
- Manages all employee human resource management information
- Mentors and guides others in all functions at the facility
- Assumes personal responsibility for ensuring the duties of their position are performed in a safe, efficient, effective and professional manner
