Job Summary
Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment; develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency, minimize errors, and maximize productivity; monitor inventory levels and control stock movements; lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff; ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations; analyze key metrics to drive improvements; coordinate with departments and maintain vendor relationships to optimize operations and meet customer requirements; leverage ERP, ISO quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, and WMS to enhance processes and enable continuous quality improvement; candidates should have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; or certification is a plus.
- Two plus years’ experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience with ISO or other formal quality systems.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
