Job Summary
Direct, lead and develop manufacturing and production operations across multiple areas including production engineering / process development, tooling/model making, production operations (assembly, forming, processing, packaging), and production planning/control. Manage two or more direct reports, monitor and achieve operational and financial results, handle hiring/training/employee development, ensure quality and safety standards, foster a respectful and engaged culture, and adapt plans to meet short-term challenges. Partner with stakeholders across departments to drive execution, apply technical expertise across disciplines, and oversee schedules, performance requirements, and potential budget responsibilities. Emphasis on safe Quality Food (SQF) compliance and cross-functional collaboration to achieve department objectives.
Required Qualifications
