Job Summary
Operations Manager at PGA TOUR Superstore leads store operations, processes, and efficiency to deliver a consistent customer experience. Responsible for managing product presentation, availability, pricing accuracy, and signage on the sales floor; owning departments, supervising Associates, and ensuring inventory accuracy for in-store and e-commerce merchandise. Oversees labor budgets, store expenses, shrink goals, and develops staffing plans; handles timesheet approvals, time-off requests, shift swaps, attendance records, and other policy-driven tasks. Drives a culture of appreciation, trains Associates and Store Leaders on scheduling and Workforce Management, ensures SOP compliance, leverages planograms, supports onboarding and development, and partners with the leadership team to optimize customer experience and store performance. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, P&L awareness, and the ability to build a high-performing, inclusive team; adaptable to flexible work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent leadership experience
- Experience leading large to small groups of Associates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to forecast business needs and develop solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and store software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
