Job Summary
Lead Inbound and Outbound Life Sciences warehouse operations, managing performance metrics, budgets, and team productivity while ensuring strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, and FDA regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, representing Langham in meetings and adjusting priorities to meet supply chain needs. Enforce safety programs, maintain audit readiness, and champion continuous improvement initiatives alongside Warehouse Supervisors. Work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM in temperature-controlled office and warehouse environments.
Required Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. in supply chain management, business or related discipline
- 8-10 years of operations management experience in a warehousing, logistics/distribution, and/or supply chain environment
- Experience in temperature-controlled or highly regulated environment
- Mastery of cGMP and GDP practices in life sciences distribution
- Commitment to continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS
- Travel as needed
- Physical movements including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally as part of daily work routine
Desired Qualifications
- Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials Certification preferred
- Certified Designated Representative (CDR) licensure is desired
