Job Summary
Monitor production, quality, and delivery commitments while directing Assistant Managers to meet business objectives. Collaborate with internal and external customers to exceed satisfaction expectations and ensure all facility sections operate in a safety-compliant manner. Advise the team on changing priorities and align assignments with customer needs. Develop processes and plans, including daily operation targets, staffing, and material requirements. Review production reports, resolve delays, and manage ISO compliance standards and operational records. Provide performance feedback to employees and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations. Maintain production business plans for UBC, PIO, and PDI, and perform record-keeping for effective business management. This role supports vehicle processing operations in Ellabell, GA, requiring onsite presence and ability to commute to neighboring facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
- At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced logistics, assembly, production, or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety signage and rules, operating/maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Valid driver's license
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
- Ability to bend, turn, and use peripherals as required to operate equipment safely within company standard operator procedures
- Able to operate heavy machinery
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in a warehouse environment for up to 8-hour shifts, and any overtime hours if applicable
- Must have the ability to commute within the neighboring facilities for meetings, events, etc.
- Must be able to successfully provide and complete pre-employment screenings such as employment verification, physicals, drug screens and criminal background checks
- Must be able to successfully provide and complete E-Verify
- Must be able to successfully provide and complete drug screens
