Job Summary
Monitor operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring regulatory requirements are met while maintaining production schedules through direct reports. Manage production supervisors and staff, handling staffing, training, coaching, and performance development. Develop operating procedures, manage improvement projects to expand capacity, and oversee budgets. Report the state of the business to executive leadership and maintain continuous improvement mindsets. Lead teams with a transformative approach in a fast-paced environment, driving Lean culture and fostering relationships across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience
- GSP Equivalent
- Significant technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and product design
- Knowledge of healthy and safe working conditions
- Ability to lead teams and manage projects
- Analytical skills
