Job Summary
Lead daily business operations across the firm, driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement through team meetings, KPI monitoring, and bottleneck resolution. Manage recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews while maintaining HR documentation and supporting succession planning. Oversee vendor relationships, conduct annual technology reviews, and optimize software platforms to improve workflow efficiency. Coordinate compliance audits, training initiatives, and risk management efforts to ensure regulatory alignment. Plan and execute client events, seminars, and marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics. Lead special projects from planning through implementation, including CRM optimization and operational scalability initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations, business management, or practice management experience
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing processes and improving operational efficiency
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
