Lead and mentor a team of drivers, technicians, and operations personnel to ensure safe, professional, and efficient service for a branch generating over $30 million in revenue. Champion a safety-first culture by driving monthly safety meetings, conducting route observations, investigating accidents, and maintaining 100% DOT compliance through rigorous log and vehicle inspection audits. Streamline daily operations by setting priorities to meet customer service commitments, managing branch profit plans, and analyzing product line data within internal systems. This hands-on leadership role directly influences the safety, efficiency, and morale of front-line workers within GFL Environmental's rapidly growing waste management organization.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on management experience in the waste industry, logistics, heavy industrial, or a similar blue-collar sector
- A BA/BS degree
- Equivalent real-world leadership and operational experience
- Ability to meet relevant criteria for safety-sensitive functions
- A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with drivers on the yard and present performance data clearly to executive leadership
