Job Summary
Hire, supervise, and train billboard installation crews while providing on-site support for daily operations. Manage the workshop inventory, maintain company vehicles, and schedule job routes and overnight accommodations. Oversee weekly payroll, approve expenses, and track vinyl deliveries and returned materials. Lead monthly safety meetings, conduct quarterly market rides, and coordinate with leadership on budgeting and supply needs. Work 50% in the office and 50% in the field, traveling within the Oklahoma market as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of related (construction, O&G or billboard or equivalent) field experience
- 5 years' management experience in equivalent industries
- Knowledge of and ability to complete light construction tasks, including wood, steel and electrical work
- Valid CDL driver's license
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
