Job Summary
Manage all site equipment and systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations, developing strategies for maximum efficiency and cost reduction. Oversee the implementation of operational procedures, sampling programs, and Log-Out/Tag-Out systems while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements. Coordinate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex issues, prepare operating logs and activity reports, and conduct root cause analysis for technical events. Provide coverage for Plant or Maintenance Managers as needed and assist in training the Customer's operations team. Requires a Graduate Engineer degree, 10+ years in gas turbine combined cycle power plant O&M, and 5+ years in management. Relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical or Controls from an accredited College or University
- Minimum 10 years of gas turbine combined cycle power plant O&M experience
- Minimum five years in management position in gas turbine combined cycle power plant operations
- Minimum 5 years of O&M experience at GE Vernova F Class Gas Turbines

- Prior experience with GE Vernova O&M in same capacity
- Knowledge of GE Vernova products, services, and processes
- Prior customer interface experience
