Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse, production, and delivery operations. Lead and supervise warehouse, production, and delivery teams; coordinate daily operations to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards. Manage employee scheduling and staffing needs. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate receiving activities. Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Assist with employee training and performance management. Work collaboratively with sales and administrative departments. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of operations or management experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated environments when necessary
