Job Summary
Oversee grain elevator operations in Vermilion, lead safety compliance and environmental/regulatory adherence, optimize grain logistics and grading, manage operating expenses and budgeting, and develop a high-performance team. Collaborate with Farm Business Representatives and corporate head office to maximize rail incentive revenue, ensure proper handling, storage and blending to meet sales, shipping, and audit requirements, and foster effective communication across staff, farmers, partners, and leadership. Drive documentation of key processes, uphold best practices, and promote a culture of safety, coaching, and continuous improvement.
