Job Summary
Lead and develop Supervisors and Agents by setting clear expectations and promoting a culture of accountability and performance. Maintain a strong floor presence through real-time coaching, guidance, and operational support to drive daily execution with urgency. Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance, communicate business updates, and reinforce operational priorities while completing regular coaching and performance evaluations. Monitor key operational metrics including attendance, productivity, quality, sales performance, and PTO to prepare weekly business reviews and strategic action plans for leadership. Partner with cross-functional departments to remove barriers and improve overall business results. This role requires current Team Leads from all Avantive locations with at least two years as an AVS Operations Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AVS Operations Supervisor
- Demonstrated experience supporting the Frontier Line of Business
- No corrective actions within the last 6 months
- No unjustified absences within the last 6 months
- Consistently achieved or exceeded KPI goals during the last three fiscal months
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams while driving accountability and operational results
